I am passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and families through anxiety/depression, trauma, family conflict, relational stress, body image issues and disordered eating. My role as a therapist is to provide you with the support and tools you need in order to create the safe, loving relationship with yourself that you deserve.

I am a strong advocate for self-love and will work alongside you as you actualize your own understanding of self-compassion. As my client you will receive support in unlocking your own identity in order to view yourself as a whole person outside of your presenting symptoms.

$160 for 50 minute session

This is a weekly group for teen girls who want to connect with other teens and receive support as they process a variety of stressors. Group sessions are tailored to address specific issues raised by group members. Through a safe environment of peer acceptance, group members will experience an increased sense of identity and an improved ability to manage distress. Topics include but are not limited to: anxiety/depression, eating disorders, peer stress, grief, self harm, and more.

When: Wednesdays @ 5:00-6:30pm

Cost: $90/ 90 minute session, billed in 6 week packages.

A parent is a child’s first attachment bond. Parent coaching helps parents clarify how they want their relationships with their children to be, and offers them tools to create a deeper and more fulfilling connection for their family. As a parent coach, I will help you get clear on your parenting values, experiences and goals while exploring some inner child work and healing of your own

Cost: $175/ 50 minute session

I chose to specialize in the mother-daughter relationship because I believe is it central to a woman’s understanding of herself. For decades, my relationship with my mother had shaped who I was. My life changed once I learned I was the one responsible for stoping the generational trauma that had been handed down. What began as a personal quest has, truly, become my professional mission.
