What to expect from our work together
My role as a therapist is to provide you with the support and tools you need to create a safe and loving relationship within yourself.
I am a strong advocate for self-love and will work alongside you as you actualize your own understanding of self-compassion. As my client you will receive support in unlocking your own identity in order to view yourself as a whole person outside of your presenting symptoms.
I am passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and families through anxiety/depression, trauma, family conflict, relational stress, body image issues and disordered eating. In addition, I have a special focus in supporting mothers and daughters through changing or strained relationships.
